(“Swena USA Limousine,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a private limousine and chauffeur service in Chicago, Illinois. By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We provide private chauffeured transportation, including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly service and event transportation. Vehicles are subject to availability, and every trip is quoted and confirmed by a member of our team.

Quotes and bookings

• Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone or email and you accept the quote.
• Quotes are based on the details you provide, including date, times, addresses, number of passengers, luggage and stops. If those details change, the quote may change.
